Kolin (@kolinknowles) shared his tip on TikTok.

He claimed there’s a simple way to make orders healthier by requesting “Fresco style.”

Aside from the health benefit, he said meals ordered with Fresco style were delicious.

Instead of eating a literal pile of garbage that’s terrible for your intestines, it’s a literal pile of garbage that’s less terrible for your intestines.

FRESCO STYLE

Kolin said Taco Bell’s Fresco style was “not necessarily a hidden thing,” but claimed many foodies were unaware of the option.

“All that does is replace the cheese with Pico de Gallo,” he said in his video.

He told his followers the option was “completely free” with no upcharge.

“Instead of eating a literal pile of garbage that’s terrible for your intestines, it’s a literal pile of garbage that’s less terrible for your intestines,” he added.

Kolin recommended Fresco style on tacos, claiming it tasted “really, really good” from his experience.

The U.S. Sun contacted Taco Bell for a comment.

According to its website, the Fresco option can cut down on calories and fat by up to 25%.

It replaces mayo-based sauces, cheeses, and sour creams with freshly diced tomatoes.

MORE SECRETS

This came after he revealed the company had a customizable menu in another video.

Kolin said customers can add whatever toppings they want for an additional 20 to 50 cents.

He isn’t the only person who spilled secrets about Taco Bell though.

Another Taco Bell worker shared how his coworkers sometimes helped customers pay for their meals.

Caleb Lennon said his Taco Bell location had a jar with spare change.

When a customer ordered but was short by a few cents, he said lenient workers used the jar to complete their payment.

He even said some workers would take money out of their pockets to help customers finish paying.

They did this to keep Taco Bell customers loyal to the chain.

He also said patrons have been caught taking advantage of this generosity.

He questioned if workers at the taco joint should continue offering a helping hand to customers.

A policy change could cause price hikes at two major food chains.

Also, an ex-Dominos worker said there’s an easy way to get free pizza.
