“I’m so disappointed in the lack of customer service I have received,” Rheanna Miller (@rmil89) wrote.

“I have a defective product, was not given correct information by leadership, and now I’m stuck with this large item that I cannot use! The resolution is simple, yet no one is willing to help me! Shameful,” she added.

Lowe’s replied to the user from their account trying to smooth things over.

“Thanks for alerting us to this issue, Rheanna,” they wrote.

“Please DM us the name on the order, phone number, email, order number, and store location so we can look into this further.”

The shopper did not identify what the exact product was and whether the shopper’s issue was fully addressed.

The U.S. Sun contacted Lowe’s for a comment.
