HOW TO CLAIM

For prizes above $100,000, players must fill out a claim form.
The form asks for the claimant’s mailing address, phone number, citizenship, and Social Security number.
Winnings must be claimed in person at a valid Lottery Claims Center.
If the winner doesn’t come forward by April 11, the prize will go towards a good cause.
The money gets transferred to the Education Lottery Account to support public schools in South Carolina.
