AN ex-Taco Bell worker shared insider tips he learned during his brief period of employment at the Mexican-inspired chain.

The self-declared former Taco Bell employee said he worked there for two weeks and learned some ordering hacks.

He also revealed the menu toppings are customizable on orders (stock image)[/caption]

TikToker Kolin (@kolinknowles) said he discovered many secrets about the company before he left.

“You can make anything on that menu grilled, which is a game changer let me tell you,” he said.

“You like a beefy five-layer? Grill that bad boy, it’s free.”

He also suggested trying it for a soft taco or burrito, arguing it made the meat crunchy with a satisfying texture.

That means you can take any item and change it however you want, literally however you want!

Then he shared another “game changer” tip for ordering.

CUSTOM TOPPINGS

Kolin shared what he called “the single most important thing” about the fast food joint, claiming the entire menu was 100% customizable.

“That means you can take any item and change it however you want, literally however you want!” he said in his video.

Kolin expressed how he was particularly fond of the crunchy red strips so he would add them to all his orders for around 20¢.

He claimed customers can do this with any menu item for a fee of 20-50¢.

“And if you’re too shy to ask for customized stuff you can do it on the app easily,” one user commented.

“Crunchwrap Supreme and add nacho fries to it!” another one commented.

One TikToker complained about the 50¢ upcharge to add toppings like tomatoes, lettuce, or onions.

Kolin said the key is to use the “value menu” as a base.

“Get the bean and rice, add nacho, sour cream, and beef. Adds another dollar but still just $2,” he said.

The U.S. Sun contacted Taco Bell for a comment.

CANTINA MENU

Last month Taco Bell rolled out its new Cantina Chicken menu with five new menu items.

Chicken in each dish is slow-roasted and packed with flavor to provide delicious and filling daytime snacks.

Items include the Cantina Chicken Bowl for $7.99, the Cantina Chicken Quesadilla for $6.49, and the Cantina Chicken Burrito for $5.99.

There’s also the Cantina Chicken Soft Taco and Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco, both for $2.99.

The U.S. Sun covers more news to fill foodies with the latest.
