AN ex-Bojangles worker warned foodies to avoid the french fries.
The former employee at Bojangles, a national food chain known for drive-thru fried chicken, claimed to witness alarming practices.

TikToker Patty (@pattywitdapesos) alleged her restaurant served french fries that weren’t fresh.
“Say we make some fries at 3 o’clock right?” she explained.
“We make them, and we’re done, we’re going to put them in this pan, and let them sit on the side.”
Patty said some fries were kept heated on the frontline while others were stored in the pans until they were brought up to heat again.
“So they’re not really fresh, just reheated back up.”

BISCUIT BET
Another self-proclaimed ex-Bojangles employee agreed with Patty in the comment section.
“I worked at Bojangles too and this is completely true,” they wrote.
“Only thing that’s safe is the biscuits.”

Bojangles
Patty echoed the user’s sentiment and exposed more secrets about the fast-casual chain.
“Just don’t eat Bojangles ya’ll, it’s f***ing gross, she claimed in her video.
In a written statement, Bojangles told The U.S. Sun Patty hasn’t worked at the company since 2017.
“Bojangles takes pride in serving our guests high-quality food that’s prepared fresh throughout every day. Since 1977, we’ve been serving up food made from recipes and ingredients that are staples in the South,” the company wrote.
“Our food stands out because it’s handcrafted by employees who love what they do, including our delicious hand-breaded chicken, 49-step buttermilk biscuits, [and] freshly made sides such as dirty rice and Legendary Iced Tea.”
GRAVY BUST
The TikToker claimed her Bojangles location used “old a** sausage from in the morning” to chop up into the gravy.
She also said the macaroni and cheese wasn’t “real” as it came in a bag and resembled the Velveeta brand.
“Put it in a hot boiling cup of water, let the cheese melt, and there you have it,” Patty said.
She claimed her Bojangles would use green beans from the day before since they didn’t like to throw them away.
FOODIE FLOPS
An ex-McDonald’s worker had secrets to share too.
The former employee, Dee, said her location and others lacked decaf coffee because the restaurants couldn’t afford them.
As a result, Dee said staff at her store were taught to fill a cup with half coffee and half water whenever a customer ordered decaf.
So they probably consumed more caffeine than they would’ve hoped or expected from those orders.
